Shipper & Carrier Terms

Rates provided online or verbally are estimates only until confirmed in a Rate Confirmation. Shipper payment terms are subject to credit approval. Carriers must maintain valid operating authority and insurance and follow Rate Confirmation instructions. These Terms do not create an employment relationship with any carrier.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws and DOT/FMCSA regulations, and not misuse or disrupt our website or services.

Services Provided
Onyx Global Logistics LLC is a licensed freight brokerage specializing in Reefer and Dry Van truckload transportation, arranging shipments through authorized carriers and, where applicable, our own equipment. Onyx acts solely as a transportation intermediary and is not a motor carrier, except where our own equipment is used. Specific shipment or carrier terms are governed by a separately executed Customer Agreement, Carrier Agreement, or Rate Confirmation.
